A Passion in Paradise Christmas Special

Dr. Mackenzie Daniels was a loner. He had the divorce, a far-away family, and well-known cranky persona to prove it. And if he had his way, he would continue on his loner way, in spite of the attempts of the townspeople to infiltrate his life with their irritating, so-called charming ways. That was...until he met the beautiful Nurse M

OMG this book, this book...it made me snort laugh so many times, the people on the metro with me probably thought I was nuts! The feels, man did this book have the feels. I loved the H, he was just so grumpy, but sweet, and hot. The h was awesome, the kid was ADORABLE. No angst, no OW/OM, no push/pull, just a really funny, sweet sappy holiday story!

If anyone is in need of Christmas spirit, it's Doc Mack, and Millie and her adorable daughter, Paisley, are just the two to give it to him.

I very much enjoyed this tale of holiday love, revisiting Paradise, and spending time with old friends and new. Sarah O'Rourke has a special gift of creating characters that stay with you, long after the story's over, and this book was no exception. I loved Mack, Mack's mom, his sister, but it was Paisley who stole the show and had me rooting for her to rece

What helps him get through is his day is Millicent, his head nurse and her daughter Paisley. It finally clicks for him. They complete him and now it is time to make his move. 5 STARS!

This novella focus on Dr. Mack McDaniels and his nurse, single mom, Millie Robbins. Dr. Mack, the town's OB-GYN - and a notorious grouch - has been alone, by choice, since his divorce several years earlier. No one's sparked his interest, well no one other than his new nurse, Millie. She's the total package: brains, a red-headed bombshell and the mother of precocious five-year-old Paisley, one of the few people in Paradise who've managed to penetrate the good doctor's gruff persona.

This is the second time that I have read this story and I enjoyed it just as much the second time around. I don’t know why I didn’t review it the first time. Both Mack, Milli, and Paisley are a hoot. They are really just all around good characters. You don’t have to have any knowledge about the other books in the paradise series to enjoy this story, it is a stand-alone that explains the recurring characters well. This is a perfect story for the Christmas season!

Upfront I'll say I haven't read any of the other books in this series and while I am not curious about some of the secondary characters we "see" in this book, I don't feel like I was lost reading this book on its own. A grumpy hero, a bubbly heroine and her precocious daughter, small town meddling, surprise out of town visitors and the Christmas holidays as a background made this a very entertaining story.

I love holiday books and this one is super cute and funny. It’s told through both Mack and Millie’s POVs so we get to experience both sides. Mackenzie Daniels is a total prick to most people but he is one crazy hot doctor. He doesn’t like to celebrate Christmas, he likes to stay to himself, and nothing is changing that… expect a sexy nurse and her sweet little daughter.

Millie isn’t looking for love especially not with Mack. He is bossy and horrible to work for at times but Millie knows he is s

Awww what a beautiful and funny holiday read. I absolutely adore little Miss Paisley she has to be one of the funniest and cutest 5 year old little girls ever!!!!
We had already met Dr Mack and his nurse Millie in previous books and I was so excited when I saw they were getting their own book and it definitely didn't disappoint. Dr Mack comes a across as a bit of a loner and he's pretty grumpy with

Dibs, mine...seriously, you should have seen that coming. So now I have Mack and Jake, the three of us will be very, very, very happy...the end. I kid, I kid-ish.

Absolutely floved these two, Mack is the grumpy, albeit sexy as hell doctor in Paradise. Millie is the sweet and tolerant nurse that works for him. These two have great chemistry and once decides what he wants, he is all in. I absolutely adored how he was with her daughter, Paisley. Of course Paisley was a unique and fun kid, she and M

Paradise (the town) is aptly named

This is a story about the town OB/GYN and his office nurse. This is the town of the McKinnon sisters. Read all the books in the series--I have several times. They are all keepers and ones you will want to revisit repeatedly. In this particular book, you will fall in love with Paisley, the nurse's five-year-old daughter who wants a daddy for Christmas. Another hit for Sarah O'Rourke.

A story situated in the fictitious town of Paradise, home to the MC Kinning sisters. This is Mack, the divorced anti Christmas grouch and resident gynaecologist getting closer to his lead nurse with the sweet little girl Paisley, who thaws his heart.it's all very sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste.

Alright, I know that everyone has heard me wax poetic about Sarah O'Rourke before, but really- how can I not?? These books, just oh my god. They are simply amazing, beautifully written words that drew me in from the first teaser. Every time that I read another of their books, I swear there's no way it can be better than the last, and I'm always wrong, because somehow it is. OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE this story, and the author's writing style so much! Dr. Mackenzie Daniels has been a loner since he got divorced from a cheating wife. Now he's the super cranky ob/gyn of Paradise. He's even worse at Christmas if possible. When he hired his nurse Millicent, he felt a connection to her that he never let on, and he loves her daughter, Paisley. This year, Millie decided to invite his mother and sister to spend time with him for Christmas without him knowing. She's had a thing f ...more

Dr. Mackenzie Daniels hates Christmas, he is a self admitted all around grouch. He thinks everyone in Paradise is crazy. Mackenzie craved the anonymity of the cities. He was sitting in a restaurant when he got a call from his sister Aubrey saying that she loves the card that he sent her and that she has a interview at the hospital and that her and mom were coming to Paradise for the holidays. Mack figured the person who sent the card was Millie his employee. Mack tells Millie that she and Paisle
