short and to the point! he gets all the info in without boring the reader with “fluff”. took me about 20 minutes to read, and provides many useful tips for self publishing a successful short book! can’t wait to try it out myself!

You can thank the ladies of the By The Book Podcast for this one. After listening to their episodes on this particular "self-help" book, I was adequately warned. This book is super short, maybe took 15 minutes total to read, and is aimed at NONfiction writing. The hosts of the podcast both wrote short ebooks and sold them on Kindle, making a few extra bucks on the side. Before listening to these episodes, I never considered writing short stories/shorter books and self-publishing them. Now I'm thinking this might be a decent way to build a platform and potential readership, plus it allows me to see my writing available to the public! Will this make me famous? Not even a little bit. Will I be able to quit my day job? HA! But will I potentially be able to call myself an author, nay, a PUBLISHED AUTHOR, instead of *just* a writer? Potentially yes. And that's enough of an ego boost to get me working. 5 stars for the podcast episodes, 2.5 for this short, useful-but-flawed ebook.

Wright about something that you know, or are an expert in. Five main headings with 3-5 subheadings each. Put words and phrases under each, then use those to write paragraphs. Write 300-300 words per heading! Provide value to the reader.

It's a quick start guide. You just need 5 to 10 days to publish your book on Amazon & the best thing is he mentions all the tools he have personally used to sell and to promote the book.

Very short but some great tips on amazon publishing, tools, and book marketing/promotion/review. Will definitely reread it.
