Although the Ten O'Clock Club founded by Elsie May, the oldest girl in The Good Day Orphanage, has an unpromising beginning, success comes with the discovery of a magic crystal ball
Bland, insipid little story about a little girls' summer club. Not a lot of plot, and the moment things look like they might be going somewhere, it's over. Flat, undeveloped characters, minimum action, and very unattractive illustrations. I did wonder where orphans got spending money, but that's the only mystery here. For kids with very short attention spans.
