A complete overview of being a listing agent
I recommend it to anyone who does not have any deep training as a listing agent, anyone who lack systems, ideas, processes and a step by step business. The author mentions many or some systems to upsell his product which I find it of value for any agent.

Knolly having known him for years gives you a actionable plan to get more real estate listings!
We modeled our short sale business after his for years and sold hundreds of short sales doing his plan! This is a must read!
