Zen Paths to Change

Rate this book
Zen Paths Based extensively on Eastern wisdom including Taoism and Buddhism, but also drawing on Western spiritual and philosophical thought, each of these books is a collection of sayings paired with conceptual photography that encourages the reader to explore new ways of interpreting the world and their place within it. Only by achieving harmony, being open to change, and embracing laughter, can we lead balanced and fulfilling lives. Most of the photographs are of natural scenes, but some are of people and places. The sepia photographs give a beautiful and evocative feel to books that will surely be a treasured addition to any library. Zen Paths to Change It is through change that we learn and grow as individuals. This collection of Eastern and Western sayings and poetry breaks down the barriers of preconception, enabling the reader to approach change with an open mind and positive attitude.

Very disappointing I thought I would learn something about Zen. This book has a bunch of sayings from different sources, but a lot of them made no sense to me. I only found two sayings that I liked, and the photos are nice. but I wanted/ needed there to be more explanations.
