Dandelions On The Road is a charming romantic comedy based around a Bachelor-style TV show, except that in this case it's the Bachelorette. Twelve men competing for the attention of one woman, except that they have a thirteenth rival none of them were aware of, because the show's host made the mistake of falling for Eva, the bachelorette, before the show even started filming. What ensues is a tragi-comic romp in which Brian, our male protagonist, has to deal with his own feelings of jealousy and ...more

**My thanks to the author for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**

Although I did not read the first book in this series, I don't think you need to, however you probably would get an idea of the ki d of person Eva is.

Eva ius a sweet pet loving woman who just wants to find her happy ever after like her parents did and she hopes to find him on this show.

Brian is always a little tongue tied when Eva comes on the morning show, but as he spends more time with her, he falls for her. As

Eva was previously a contestant on a local Bachelor-style show. She came in third place, and is about to be the Bachelorette on the newest season of the same show. She is a kind and loving person who is ready to be in a serious relationship. Brian is a local news anchor who has worked with Eva once in a while when she has done tv spots to try and get local shelter animals adopted. He has been attracted to her, but never found the courage to ask her out. Now he is hosting the show where she will ...more

My Thoughts:
I met Eva in the first book in this series, Accept This Dandelion. I thought it was fun to get to know her in her own story. Though this is book 2, each book stands alone.

Like the first in the series, I found this one to be quite humorous. There were situations that happened on the dates that had me laughing. And I really enjoyed Brian, the host of the show. His interactions with Eva were delightful. I think one of my favorite scenes was when she was showcasing one of the dogs from

What an interesting,fun filled adventure.

This book deserves each of the 5 stars I gave it. I was impressed by the writing style, the characters ,the plot and the romance without every detail. Sex isn't a spectator's sport as far as I am concerned. I liked not having to skim and skip the mess. This story though pretty predictable, out come wise, was full of twists and turns. Good job.

Not sure

I wasn't sure how I wanted this to end. All of the guys were so likable I couldn't decide who Eva should end up with. But I liked how the author did it. It ended up so sweet!

Brooke Williams has done it again!

As I’d mentioned in my review of Accept this Dandelion, the first book in the "Dandelion" series, I’m a closeted Bachelor and Bachelorette fan. I thrive on the drama and chaos that often happens on the show, which should come as no surprise. Finding love can often be a roller coaster. I could feel the emotional ride that Eva has found herself on, as the new Bachelorette in Dandelions on the Road. There are s

Wow!!! Brooke Williams hits another home run with this one. I wasn't sure if anything could top book 1 of the series but she outdid herself with this one!

I absofreakinlutely loved this book! Loved Brian and Eva. And Steve...OMG he was a hoot and a half. Then we have Cade, what a cutie pie. The list of characters goes on. And thankfully we also had some Renee from book 1 in there as well.

This was so well written. It had a great storyline, the characters were so well written and their dialogue flo

I absolutely love Dandelions on the Road! This is book 2 in the Dandelion Series. You could read this as a stand-alone, but why would you want to miss out on Accept this Dandelion? I loved Eva’s character in Accept this Dandelion and was excited this was her story. It was great that Eva and Renee kept their friendship after the first show because we get to catch up a little with Renee and her relationship with Ben. I feel in love with Brian immediately and felt his feelings for Eva were genuine ...more

Let me just say that by this being book 2 in a series and not having read book 1 I had no problems reading this as a stand alone story. While I am not found of the Bachelor or Bachelorette TV reality shows, I thoroughly enjoyed this storyline. I thought the wide variety of suitable bachelor candidates were awesome and very colorful. The author did a great job of presenting a diverse selection of men for Eva to get to know while keeping it realistic. Eva was an interesting character, she had a bi ...more

"Dandelions On The Road" by Brooke Williams, is a sweet, romantic comedy following Eva and Brian while they are drawn together. There are some pre-setup characters from previous books, but they weren't difficult to follow in this new story. Eva is the second runner-up from the previous book "Accept this Dandelion" and she has been chosen to be the star bachelorette in her own show. Brian is chosen as host of the show and has always had a crush on Eva. For a person who knows what the show is, but ...more

A runner-up on a Bachelor-type reality television show gets a second chance to find love.

I've become a Brooke Williams fan over the past two years. She writes the kind of quirky romantic comedy that keeps you turning the pages. DANDELIONS ON THE ROAD is a cheerful, clean romance. The premise might seem a little too common these days, but Brooke Williams adds freshness by taking her fictional reality dating show on the road. The different locations offer lots of opportunities for complications an

I didn't read the first in the series but this one can be read as a stand alone. I've never been a fan of The Bachelor/Bachelorette but you definitely don't have to be to enjoy this sweet love story. I thought it was a very interesting twist to a story that we see played out on TV on a yearly basis.

Eva is so in love with the idea of falling in love that she doesn't see what she has had right in front of her all along. Granted Brian has an issue with telling her that he likes her in the first pl

I open the page and always get a delightful reminder of why I love this author's books!
Book Two of the Brooke's Dandelions series delivers fun and romance in the same light-hearted style as Accept this Dandelion (Book One) and does not disappoint. In Dandelions on the Road, the reader gets to revisit familiar characters and have a ball as "The Bachelor" dating game continues...but this time with a twist. A beautiful woman's up for grabs this time and twelve men are on the chopping block.

Once again Williams has written a light-hearted, yet captivating story that had me reading until the wee hours. Her delightful sense of humor comes through in the twists and turns her gals find themselves going through. In this, the second of the series, we see Eva as the bachelorette faced with choosing from 12 great guys, but actually falling for the show’s host. Will she get the man of her dreams without upsetting too many apple carts in the form of bachelors looking for love and a TV station ...more

Eva is a great person who loves animals. She's looking for love. After not catching the bachelor's eye on Accept This Dandelion, she is offered to be the bachelorette. This time the show is going on the road. Eva gets to go on some very interesting dates, some definitely had me laughing.

After reading the first book in this series I was excited to dive into the sequel. It did not disappoint. This story was loaded with fun and humorous surprises in every chapter. It was also a joy to catch up with other characters from previous books. I really loved Eva’s character because she was just an everyday girl looking for love after coming in third on the last Accept this Dandelion dating show. However, will she discover that love can show up in the most unlikely places? I admire this au ...more

Eva Merida has her dream job, but she is missing the one thing she has always wanted- a man to share her life with and a family of her own. Eva is the sweetest person one can meet. Her love of animals is contiguous to those around her. Eva was on the first season of the dating show called Accept this Dandelion where we met Ben and Renee. She is now the Bachelorette for the second season, but they are taking the show on the road and renamed it Dandelions on the Road. This is a sweet book about fi ...more

This book is the next in the Dandelion series and this time we are taken into a show where the bachelorette is the one making the decisions and the men are the contestants vying for her love. We met Eva in the first book of the series and she seemed to be very real. When she didn't end up the final choice, they decide to give her a show and it is terrific! One of my favorite parts is we get to see into the life that Renee and Ben are living since their time on the show. This is an entertaining r ...more

I think I enjoyed this sequel to Accept this Dandelion even more than the first book - and I enjoyed the first one a LOT. Brooke Williams kept me reading as Eva and Brian worked their way through a local version of The Bachelorette. There was a huge cast of characters, but once several bachelors were eliminated I liked the way each character displayed his true colors. The ending was awesome and I cheered for the winner. Can't wait to read the third and final book in the series!

Eva was a contestant on the "Bachelor" inspired local tv show Accept this Dandelion. She didn't win, but now she will be the bachelorette.

Brian is a new anchor who is chosen to host DOR. He is also half in love with Eva before the show even starts. Can he watch the woman he loves fall for someone else, can she pick a contestant when her heart is with the host?

A sweet story about love and taking chances.

Good Read
Reality TV meets book. The story of Eva and Brian. Eva is the newest contestant on a Bachelorette show while Brian is the host. Although, she’s supposed to be dating the contestants to find a husband; what happens if she falls in love with the host. This was a great romance that flowed easily and kept you engaged.
