This is a wonderful cookbook with lots of lovely doable recipes with lots of different influences such as Goan & Portuguese Chinese etc really lovely recipes and pictures that make your mouth water highly recommed
A nice idea to provide four months worth of dinners using combinations of only ten spices. It looks like there are some great recipes to try, all nice and simple and sounding delicious.
