If you want to know what it was like in Germany between the end of WWII and 1985, this book will give you an idea. It is a long book with a lot of detail. It provides a good ideal of what it was like to live there during this time period.

It was boring, like listening to a grandma go on and on about things she knew well but described in a completely subjective manner. It is also outdated and this makes it even more boring. It has some information but it should be improved.
