One of the best written business books about sales by a woman writer. Filled with very good advice through self-journey in sales by Elinor Stutz. More relevant for females and tells the ways to succeed in male dominated profession.

Nice Girls is what I term a "corporate tell-all" and how I overcame the very tough male dominated environment and learning curve to become the top producer by the 4th month of selling. Each chapter takes the reader through a further step in the sales cycle and how to improve results. Nice Girls was featured in the TIME Magazine business supplement, translated into several languages and is an International best-seller.

This book was basic. I am not keeping it on my shelf. It was purchased when I entered into a sales career that I was struggling with and was searching for a bit of help. It wasn't as helpful as I had anticipated. I do not recommend spending your time reading it.

Much of it common sense...but plenty of info is "duh..but I didn't think of that".
