This is an really easy read while being very short was also a very good good story. Melinda is on her way to a wedding she late and all her mum wants is it to be her wedding and not someone else's. she crashes her car and the person behind her is also on the way to wedding so she ends up in his car do things get hotter than she expected and does she learn something that she doesn't want to hear. A really good read.
This very short story packs a whole lot into it. A car journey to a wedding leads Melinda to meet Aiden which in turns leads to one very hot and explicit sexual encounter, oh yes! This book also has humour and depth. So much in one short novella earns this 4 snowflakes ❄❄❄❄ from me.

I read this short story last night, in a short time. It was exciting, and incredibly sexy. I’ve read several of Laura’s books before and if there is one thing she does exceptionally well, it’s sex scenes, and this short story was fantastic.

Beautiful short story
Melinda is on her way to a wedding she does NOT want to attend, driving through a snowstorm, when she veers off the road. Without a working car and not cell service, stuck in the snow, she is clueless on how she will get out of this conundrum. Lo and behold, up comes a handsome stranger also headed to the same wedding! She jumps in the car with him and together they continue on their trek to this snotty girl's wedding.

I've been wanting to read a book by Laura Barnard for some months, but was struggling to find the time to fit in a full length book, then the offer to try this quick read came along. Considering it only took me half an hour to read, she managed to pack quite a lot in - festive fun, humour, erotica and romance. Mel breaks down on the way to a wedding and is rescued by a sexy stranger and sparks fly. A great little appetiser to whet the appetite for her full length books.

Many times i have said im not too keen on short stories as i like to get into a book and learn more about the charactors. But seeing as its Christmas i have indulged in a few and Laura didnt disappoint. Pretty hooked into this from page 1, as its only 34 pages long its hard to review without giving the whole storyline away. I am all about holiday books right now, and I love sneaking in these quick little stories for a burst of holiday cheer! This cute novella had a bit of everything – humor, steamy scenes, a mystery. I read it in one sitting and thoroughly enjoyed myself, especially the way it ended. It kept a smile on my face the whole time and is definitely a good pick for your holiday reading list!

What a fab short read this is! I absolutely love the humour in all of the books by this authors that I have read and this story didn't disappoint! Short, fun, sexy and a must read. I'd love for the story to continue. Brilliant!!
I have had a great time reading this short story.It's so cute and funny and the sex scene is really hot.When I finished it I hoped to read more about the main characters...maybe in the future :)

Thankfully this was only a short story so I didn't have to waste too much of my time on it. Awful. Not a Christmasy story, the cover is deceiving.

What a wonderful short story. I had had this book on my kindle for a while now and I was looking for a funny, quirky quick Christmas read and that is exactly what I got. Why didn’t I read this when I one clicked…who knows! This is most definitely the quickest read ever. The story was well written and flowed perfectly.

This was a short, steamy read from an Author that I have just discovered (I’ve recently read one of her other books) and who I love.
Melinda goes missing on her way to a wedding and leaves her best friend distraught at her disappearance. She is not the only one to go missing though and together with her new ‘friend’ they have to make their way back to civilisation.

Short but very sweet short story. Mel is in her way to a wedding in the snow when she crashes her car. She gets a lift from a handsome stranger, who is late for the same wedding! A great introduction to this authors writing style, easy reading with a good dose of steamy. Definitely one for trying a longer read - 3.75 stars

Laura Barnard has done it again with this Christmas short story, to be fair enjoyable at any time of year. It's all in there, Mel has to attend a wedding but the journey there lands her in hot water with a mysterious and dishy male, as the title states, sex, snow and mistletoe! Very funny you'll be shouting 'she didn't... oh she just did!' The characters are well formed, the setting is snowy- I was there! The writing is hilarious

This was a quick read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the characters and I enjoyed the story line. I wish there was a little more at the end maybe a little insight into what happens after. All in all a great Christmas read
