I got this spiral-bound paperback as a gift from my mom a while back ... it has provided me with our go-to zucchini bread recipe and inspiration to make healthier versions of other beloved recipes.

Useful tips for lowering fat in recipes. I have just got some butter buds imported into Australia, and I am going to re-read this to see what recipes I can add to my database of family favorites.
