***** 4.5 Stars *****

Not a standalone

The story continues right where book 1 left off. If your memory is a bit blurry, don't worry. Karina Espinosa does a great job reminding the readers what happened.

After the tragic events from the previous book, Max and Jones are on the run. While they are trying to lay low, they are also looking for other Nephilims. Their search leads them to Sin City.

Nikolai, the Nephilim of Greed, was a great addition to the story. With his help, Max was able to embrace hi

As you can tell from the 5 stars I gave this book, I loved it. Simple as that. Just like the first it is filled with action and a fair share of mystery as Max faces even more problems. He knows what he is, but not the full extent of what it means so he’s still on this road of self-discovery, but this time he has a very different attitude… He says himself that the old Max is gone; this new Max however

I totally loved it! this book was amazing! Karina Espinosa knows how to keep her audience entertained. In this second book of the Sins of the Fallen series there was so much to love just like the first. I couldn't put the book down, I was captivated by Max's journey and totally left hanging by the cliff hanger ending! I can't wait to see what happens next!

In the first book it was all about meeting Max and him learning abou

Greed is book two in Sins of The Fallen Series.
Maximillion isn't normal, he's a one of the seven Nephilim. He is Wrath. His father is a fallen angel and his mother is now dead. She was killed by Abbadon, Angela's father. Filled with guilt, anger, sorrow and pain Max and his guardian/best friend Jones go on the run. While roaming around the US, Jones and Max come up with a plan to find the other Nephilim. They

I forgot that I had read the first in this series so I quickly re-read it because it had been awhile and I hate feeling like I'm missing something. Thankfully, these are pretty fast reads so I got through that quickly and then moved onto this one, fully ready. I will say that I liked this book a lot more than the first one. Sure, there was lots of action in that one, but this one had far more.

For the first half we find Maximillion really struggling with his new identity, knowing his mother is go

My Review~
The cover is hot with this hot model on the front. Greed is the second book in the Sin of the Fallen series where demons, angels, and Nephilim are in a war. Max is a Nephilim who wants to be normal but will never happen. After what happened in book 1 Max is looking for other Nephilim like himself. The is a great addition to the first book in the series. This story keeps getting better and better with each book. There are more twists and tu

This book picks up where Sins of the Fallen leaves off and you are in for a ride. Poor Max his whole world has gone wackadoodle haywire. He loses his mom, is angry all the time and can't control it, feels his dad abandoned him, feels guilt and is trying to figure out his new world. All the while on the run and trying to stay safe.

Jones is a awesome friend always being there and worrying. Max feels bad about this too. Feels he is a burden on him. Max is a good guy just has so much to adjust to an

Greed is a solid follow-up to Sins of the Fallen. Max's story moves forward as he searches for other Nephilim and comes to terms with who he is and the fact that he can't go back to his old life. As Wrath, one of the seven Nephilim and the son of a fallen angel, he's got a lot on his shoulders. And after his mother's death (I feel bad now that I disliked her so much in the first book) he's dealing with a lot, everything from anger to guilt. Considering he's Wrath, anger fits in nicely. Their sea ...more

I read this author's book and finished it in mid October. Its is an excellent book and follow-up to her Sins of the Fallen series. She is definitely a writer you will want to keep an eye on. Her writing is exciting with the a delightful taste of sarcasm and good humor. Excellent plot and pace. I'm looking forward to her next book from the series. Although word has it she's working on a very unique project she will be releasing, hopefully soon. I want to keep reading more of her work!

I think I'm in love with Greed. He seems badass, loyal, honest (when he wants to be) and ready to fight by your side if you're lucky enough to have earned it. I'm so irritated with Max's dad and the crap he has done. The lies and bull**it and uncalled for when it comes to someone's safety, let alone your own child. ...more

Imaginative Dreams Review:

Fantastic story! This book is a must read. It is very unique in how the seven sins are portrayed and such. I would love to say a lot more, but I can't without giving away spoilers.

Max story continues with him dealing with pain and betrayal. After lying low for a while, he decides to find the other 6 Nephilim. Greed becomes a little hard to persuade.
