(Brief mention of animal abuse in this review.) I took a break from Lennox's Christmas stories to read an Easter one. The protagonists in this are both very lively and funny, but the emotional arcs didn't work as convincingly as they did in Lennox's other versions of similar characters/backstories. Still very good, and I'm still rather enjoying all the cliffside rescues.
