Straight from the 1970's, it's a bit of history and social commentary along with a dearth of vintage patterns. Notable sections include ponchos and shawls (with classic photos!), edgings (a large number with beautiful details), doilies, luncheon sets, bedspreads, tablecloths, Irish crochet, afghans and rugs. A crochet fanatic would appreciate this book for the photos, patterns and 70's style.
