This is the leader's guide used in a pre-evangelistic discussion group known as Q Place (formerly Neighborhood Bible Studies).

From their website:

A Q Place is a small group of two to twelve people who meet on a regular basis to discuss spiritual topics.

The Q is for questions, which are at the heart of every Q Place. Questions about God and the Bible are discussed through a facilitated process guided by two or three Q Place initiators (our term for facilitators).
