Rate this book
This is is an incredible story by a man of unique psychic abilities, one who has now become a famous healer. Matthew Mannning describes the frightening poltergeist phenomena that took place in his rural English home in the early 1970s. Manning and his family were able to piece together the remarkable picture of the life and times of a previous occupant of the house, Robert Webbe, who died in 1773. Through automatic writing and an amazing set of `halfe of a thousand signatures' that appeared on the walls of the study, Manning was actually able to make contact with the former occupant. And, unbelievable as it may seem, the ghostly occupant left objects in some of the rooms. Manning's thorough investigation of dates and data finally led to his realization that he was in fact dealing with two previous occupants, Robert Webbe, Sr., and his son.
