OGL CyberNet is a complete core rulebook, released under the Open Game Licence, allowing players and publishers alike to set games and scenarios to the cyberpunk setting of their choice. Mongoose Publishing is releasing OGL CyberNet under a royalty-free world wide license, allowing publishers (of both print and electronic books) to use the CyberNet logo and rules to create their own settings and adventures.

Well this does exactly what it says on the tin. It's Shadowrun minus fantasy with the serial numbers filed off, and since it's d20, you can plug in something like Urban Arcana and you're good to go. There's no setting to speak of; the book is basically all mechanics. There's a series of vignettes but there's no point, no plot, and no resolution, so I don't know what that's all about. Finally, every other piece of art is complete cheesecake, which I find quite tiresome in a gaming book these days.
