I'm not sure whether the author can actually tell the difference between science and science fiction. One minute he's discussing quantum theory, then he's talking about how the transporters in Star Trek "actually work", then we're whisked off to Area 51 and Men In Black, and finally he's teaching us meditation tricks so that we can use mind power to teleport. And, it seems, he believes all of these equally.

File under "conspiracy new age nut job" and read for giggles.
