"Honeymoon Hostages" is the first book I have read of Pat Wilpenter, and I enjoyed reading this book. The Dr Tess series gets better with every book. Tess and Jayson are on their honeymoon in Australia which doesn't really turn out the way they had planned it. After all, would you like to end up chained in an old metal shed on your honeymoon? Not me! This book is a quick read, and I really enjoyed getting to know a little bit about Australia through the native Australian author, whom I've learned is called an Aussie. That gave me the giggles because here in America, an Aussie is usually referring to a dog breed! No offense to the author - he's a really nice guy! So sit back, take a breather, and enjoy this wonderful breath of fresh Australian air!
Loved the story. I have read all four books in this series and each one has been better than the last. The characters keep growing and changing with each story and what a cliffhanger! I can't wait for the next book!
Loved this book! Fast paced and a page turner making you want to keep reading! No doubt this author knows how to capture the attention of the reader! A great book not to pass up!
Though the story was good, it was extremely short. I've read the author's other books, so I can get past it. In fact, I've already downloaded the next one.
