As a civil lawyer, I spent many, many years writing complex legal briefs for unappreciative bosses. To keep from stabbing myself (or them) in the eye with a fork during all of that, I also started writing down the stories in my head. All on my own time, of course ;) Turns out, I'm a sucker for hot, alpha male shifters and kickass heroines.

Now, I've thrown away my shingle (er - more like burned it in a fire pit) so I can devote my time to bringing you sizzling, erotic, paranormal romance stories. If you like hunky, bad boy shifters, women who know what they want in and out of the bedroom, panty-melting sex scenes, and edge of your seat suspense, I've got you covered! We'll put the rahr in erotic romance (okay, okay, that sounded better in my head).

This was a bit angsty for my taste plus it had several "WTF" moments. 2.5 Stars.

This is such a great series, and you get to read all 5 books together so you get the full impact. The last book just about tore me up...with the twist that was hinted at in the end of book 4 and all that happens in the final book I was on the edge of my seat throughout. I was so happy with the way the author tied up all the loose ends in the book and finished out the series. There is also a thread to start another series which I would enjoy seeing. If you are looking for a really good steamy werewolf story with enough twists to keep you intrigued throughout look no further than this series.

I won't go into a blurb about this book, others have pretty well stated it. But what I will tell you is... This was an amazing series. I received the first two free for an honest review. But after I finished the second book I couldn't stop wondering what would happen next. For days this story stuck with me and I had an overwhelming urge to finish it, it just wouldn't leave me alone. The emotions that stuck with me for days was amazing. This series was one that I didn't want to end but couldn't wait to get to the ending. The characters were so well developed, the setting so real! I've often stated that I hate books that have multiple parts. I think I would have gone nuts if I had started reading this series before the author had put the others out. I also think that after the first two it would have stayed with me for days, but then the longer I would have had to wait for the next part the more easily it would have been to let it go. Being I was able to get the whole series so quickly I was able to keep the flow of it, to immerse myself into the characters.
Even now, a few days after I've finished the story it is still with me. I still play the events in my head and am amazed at how wonderfully the author put it together. So many times you read a book and find it great but so easy to move on to another. After this one I had to wait just to reflect and finally let go before picking a new book to read. This is one author I will be watching for a while. Thank you Kimber for all your hard work and giving us something worth reading.

The first 2 books were so bland I almost DNF'ed but the last three were excellent. They were action packed and filled with plenty of romantic drama and angst that more than made up for the poor start. I absolutely loved the ending (even though the love is very instalove in the beginning, the twists and turns helped make it truly romantic by the end).

Aside from the boring first two books, the only other complaint I had was the whole 'alpha mate' aspect. Look, I love me some menage/reverse harem so multiple sexual partners is actually a plus in my book, but something about the way this was done in this series rubbed me the wrong way. Neve acted like she was constantly led around by the p***y, jumping on anyone and everyone in reach. It was a strange twist to have her be drawn to all alphas, which I felt was a poor excuse to basically get the heroine to shag everybody without any consequences, which later turned out to be that she could have sex with ANYONE to assuage her needs, alpha or not.

Then realising at last that the romance is not menage or RH but pure M/F, I was confused, to say the least, because that meant the heroine was basically off screwing random guys in the woods instead of being a loyal mate? Plus, there didn't seem to be a lot of thought behind why she slept with some of the guys and not others. I also think there was a real missed opportunity with but sadly, it didn't happen.

3 smut stars. Hot hot hot. Reverse harem..ish? More menage? The FMC is mated to the alpha, the central MMC, but is also able to have sex with the rest of his pack...Honestly that setup is super super hot and unique to me. I love when there's a hierarchy within the harem.

The writing was very good for a RH, but the story fell off for me around the halfway point. The author started bringing in other alphas to challenge the FMC's mating to the main alpha MMC, which ended up causing the FMC's relationship development with the non-alphas in the OG pack to drastically diminish. The alphas fought over her while the FMC struggled with indecision around which mate she would choose, ultimately having sex with all of the alphas (individually). At the end, she just ends up back with the OG alpha and his pack, so it just felt like a waste. I think there actually may have been only one menage scene with the non-alpha members of the OG pack.

I almost broke my tablet when my 💓 shattered!

Kimber I loved the chemistry between Tucker and Neve . Reading as they overcome everything thrown in their path to true happiness was exciting. Then you decided to tear my 💓 out just like you tore Neve's heart out . I actually did crack my tablet from squeezing it to tight lol. All's well that ends well I guess but I almost didn't finish the books because I was so upset . I cried for the next few chapters so thanks . I don't do pretty crying and my nose is still red from the crying. But it was so worth finishing the series so please if you want to read a series that keeps your heart pumping up until the very end then this is well worth the heartbreak I promise!

Good series with an eventful storyline. I loved the pack and how involved Harold became at the end.

I was disappointed that in 5 books, there were no heart to hearts from Neve to Tucker about her life growing up, her dreams, the death of her family, or even why she was going to college. The backstory was spacey surrounding Neve and I just didn't care for her fare weather loyalty after the epic battle. In no way did Neve hurt the story, I just didn't like her actions as an Alpha's mate.

I am looking forward to the Wild Lake series and more from Pat and Harold. I also want to see Jake's story. His compassion and love drew me in.

I’m a big fan of shifter stories and while this started out very well, as the story unfolded it went downhill pretty fast. This does move along at a good pace, and while that should have been a good thing it wasn’t here, at times it was convoluted and confusing. The heroine started out okay, but the way the author penned the story quite quickly turned the heroine into the biggest slut of all time. There wasn’t a guy in this that she didn’t have the hots for, in fact she actually does the dirty with quite a few. So overall this wasn’t my thing.

I truly enjoyed this series. It had a great pace, amiable characters, lots of heat and I held my attention through the entire series. This series doesn’t go where you think it will! There are some enjoyable twists and turns and a few that will anger you. You will come to love Neve and Pat!! They’re such sweethearts and from the moment they meet, they bond like mother and daughter. I wish there had been more of the backstory between Mal, Tucker, Luke, Asher and Magda. Other than that, this is a solid storyline.

Entertaining but...

Man this was a weird story.. Lots of sex which isn't bad necessarily, but lots of the relationships had me gritting my teeth. I defiantly do not relate or understand the lead female character in this story. What a ho-bag. Lol I just don't get her. I can't explain either or it will lead to spoilers of the story. I do recommend this book of u want to read the rest of the series

A very hot, intense serial. Not my type of story. Yes, it has a HEA, but the story was just too weird with her being marked by way too many Alphas. I'm not a RH lover, but I can handle it, especially when the love between the partners is quite deep. But this is not that, it's just her hormones that seem to be out of control. Yet, she loves Tucker. Their love story is beautiful and that's why I gave this serial 3 stars, but the other stuff had me skimming the pages.

Action packed wolf love

I liked this box series a lot. The first books were pretty short but I loved that they all rolled together. My fav part of ware books is the breeding and knotting so I was pretty disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy a ton of that. I’ll be reading her other books

It was okay.

I like a strong female character. I don't think this story has one. Never is kind of a slutty who're. I thought the story line was convoluted and boring. I won't read anything more from this author.

Great Series

Have read this author before, good writer. Loved the twist, but did not like depth of Neve and Tucker’s relationship in books 3 and 4 for fated mates. Otherwise it was a great read, bought her follow up series.

Claimed by the Pack

I thought I would try this series and found that I throughly enjoyed it. I could not put the book down as I had to find out what was going to occur next. This does end with a HEA, but so much happened with the hero and heroin to get there.

I read the first book and I thought….ok this looks like a great story and then it spiralled into the craziest paranormal story I have ever read. Lots of repetitive lines and words. The story got very confusing, arrrgggghhhh

The Alpha's Mark
This is how it begins! This love story that tears you apart and gives you hope at the same time. Not to mention it is HOT!
Such a great story! I loved that I was able to see everything as it came about. I’m not usually one for love at first sight but sometimes you just know. They just knew! Tucker and Neve are meant to be together!
Poor Neve has no idea where life was going to take her when she swerved to avoid an animal in the middle of the road.
I received this series in exchange for an honest review.

Sweat Submission
Tucker has marked Neve and she is going through changes that she never could have imagined. Tucker tells her that she now belongs to the pack and that she is his mate. She has NO idea what this means but OH MY does she find out!
Reed and Barrett have been left behind to keep watch over Neve as she tries hard to push down the feelings that keep rising within her. Unfortunately for her Tucker isn’t around when she needs to let off some steam. Reed and Barrett though are all too happy to please.
She finds herself not only falling more and more in love with Tucker every day but she is feeling love for the rest of the pack that she never would have imagined.
Part 2 brings with it tension and danger.
I received this series in exchange for an honest review.

Rising Heat
Neve never expected to feel this much love for someone she just met and he certainly never saw her coming! They are mates like he has never seen before, fated to be one.

As Tucker leads his mate and the rest of his pack back to their home lands, Neve gets to meet the humans who are “friends” of the pack. She relates to them like she never thought she would and bonds with them quite easily.

Mal starts to come around during this book and even starts getting a little bold. Tucker knows that Mal is destined to be an Alpha but he can’t allow Mal to take what belongs to him. Mal attempts to challenge Tucker. Asher takes this moment and uses it as a distraction to take Neve.

The ending of this part blew my mind. All I could say was OMG, WHAT?? Kimber White knows how to keep us coming back for more. Thank the literary angels that I had the entire series at my fingertips or someone would have been paying for that ending!!

I received this series in exchange for an honest review.

Pack Wars
Neve has been kidnapped at the worst possible time. She has no idea what has happened to Tucker. She weakens every moment that she doesn’t have his touch. She knows that she needs to be strong to survive but it’s so hard for her to be with all of Asher’s pack, knowing how they feel about her.
Having her mate away from her is causing her to slowly die and the only way that she will survive is if an Alpha finishes marking her. She is being kept by Asher and he knows what she is going to need to survive. He is still angry with her for the death of his mate. She has developed a relationship of sorts with some members of his pack, but not enough to help her survive. She has all but given up hope of her pack ever coming to find her. She gives in to him and allow him to finish her marking.
Every time we start to accept things the way that Kimber has presented them BAM she takes us down another path. Such is the case here.
This was the slowest moving of the parts for me and I wasn’t as interested in it as I was the others, but the second half and the end more than made up for that!
I received this series in exchange for an honest review.

Choosing An Alpha
The choice is not what you are expecting it to be and the only thing I can say about that is I KNEW IT!!!!
Loved this series so much. My only hope is that Kimber continues to write about this world and all of the characters we have met along the way. Some are able to be redeemed, others need to come home, and still others need to have their reckoning.
Kimber has a style all her own and you can bet that you will fall in love with it as much as I did!
You can read my entire review under the Claimed by the Pack collection. I received this series in exchange for an honest review.

I am to tongue tied to form coherent thoughts at the moment so there's no telling what I'll think of this review in the morning ;). These books were HOT! Where can I sign up to get my own pack of wolves to love and adore me, protect me at all costs, and basically live for me and me alone?????

These are five really short books, that pretty much make up one book of around 500 pages. My heart was beating out of my chest most of the time, in a good way. These were in the back of my mind through the day when I couldn't read and I did not want to put them down! I reeeeaaaallllyyyy liked them. A lot.

I'm giving these 4.5 stars.
