Eat to Beat Alzheimers is a unique and well-researched cookbook that provides an excellent guide to wellness through selecting simple, nutritious foods. The author is a Certified Health Counselor with a passion for helping people take responsibility for their own health. Health is wealth and this book is a treasure map. The book serves as a guide to wellness and inspires a change in lifestyle towards health. Very good recipe book to promote long term brain health. The author, Francie Healey, completes her objective very well. She set out to develop a cookbook, containing information and recipes to build and maintain a healthy brain, based on the most current scientific research. She presents prevention strategies very well and uses medical information in easy to understand terminology. A glossary is included.

I am grateful I got this book! Francie Healey has provided an amazing collection of recipes which are at once, healthy, nutritional, comparatively easy and delicious meals. So much is packed in one book, which is extremely informative. I am glad I got my hands on Eat to Beat Alzheimer's because it has definitely led me to a healthier lifestyle. Kudos to the author!

Enjoyed Francie's Healey's book Eat to Beat Alzheimer's and the useful information that now makes me strive to be more conscious of the foods I eat the their particular benefits. I've already cleaned out my pantry and cannot wait to try the recipe's.
