Stevie has been having repeated nightmares about the mysterious figure known as “Herobrine.” Some say Herobrine is an old ghost story. Some say he’s a virus. But no one believes he is real…except maybe Stevie, whose nightmares are telling him that Herobrine is going to take over the Overworld.

This was still a good Minecraft story and my 7yo enjoyed it, but it was less of a complete book than the previous two were. The main problem was too easily solved, but it was made clear that it was just a temporary resolution to the problem. This story felt like it was just an introduction to further Herobrine shenanigans.

Overall, this book is great for children who are Minecraft fans. But this is the third book in a six book series so I’m not sure why it ends with a “to be continued.” By definition, a series implies that the next book will be a continuation of the last and this particular plot had a solid ending. This isn’t a spoiler, there are three more books, I hope it does continue.

it's a good book and I liked it the best out of the 3 so far because it's a mysterious ending that goes into book 4~5

When I first saw this book I thought it was another one by Winter Morgan (who isn't that great of an author in my opinion) but once I did some research I found it wasn't by Winter Morgan (though they have similar covers for their books). They book had a great plot and I suggest it to any Minecraft fan fiction lovers who are looking for a short story but don't want to read a Winter Morgan type book.

Being a 40 year old woman who understand very little of Minecraft, but whose son asked her to read this book, I have to say it wasn't as painful as I predicted it to be.
