This is a very good workbook. It's very simple and contains solid biblical teaching. The questions are basic, but powerful. This is a good book for gaining healing and victory through the application of Christianity. It contains many scriptures and lots of prompts for prayer. Definitely recommended for Christians in need of healing from past struggles.
