There was a very interesting section about recording older relatives telling stories and transcribing them in order to add them to the research. It made me think about a movie trailer where a voiceover is occurring and old pictures could be put in a slideshow to play. However, the rest of the book was quite boring. I think I have too high of expectations for how to books but I want there to be something unique about it. I want to read something that I've never read before and I feel like I've read most of what she talked about on blogs online.
