This was a good book however I think the way it was written - we didn't really need for all that. Personally I just call on my property power team and rely on them to be fully updated and current experts in the field I need help with - whether it be my solicitor , broker, accountant, builder , architect etc
The authors can noway expect us to remember or retain his jargon filled stuff which shows he indeed is an architect - giving VERY specific details of like what measurements for various things to be - crazy
But when he talked more about his story, experience and case studies that was more like it and had good nuggets of info - which is why I love reading books like these - to tap into ones experience and knowledge so easily :)
