Wow, if you though this book was written today you'd be way off but everything written in this book was right on topic when it comes to health. It's a shame the author was also an entertainer and kept many secrets for the next book he never got to write due to death by a home gas leak. But the book does have great at home exercises, game plans and ways to become an great typical human, instead of modern unfit humans many of us have become.

An interesting little book. Written in 1890, this powerful little book was highlighted in another book I'm reading called Natural Born Heroes. So, I stopped reading Natural Born Heroes, and read A Natural Method of Physical Training. I commend both books to you equally. I'm going to try the methods in this book and see what difference they make.
