This book is about exactly what it says, flowers. It goes through pictures and descriptions of various flowers and where you can find them. It also describes the pollination process. I would not use it to introduce a plant lesson but I think it would be a good book to make available to students as they learn about plants. They can test their knowledge by trying to see the plant parts within the pictures in the book.
Grade: K-3- plants characteristics and life cycles
