I enjoyed this and learned a lot. I do wish they would update this as it has to be a good 15 years old. I will be using the tips for anger management and communication styles to assist me in working well with others.

This may show an older date but the content is so very relative! This will help you at home, at work,...in life! I wish it would be transferred to Audible so that I could share it more since most don't have a disc player anymore
