Stories from several men & women in ministry. Very interesting. The most important insight I got from reading the book was from Carolyn Driver, who had gotten too involved in helping members in her church. She learned that not all good things are the right things for her to do. Good for me to remember as well.

The book is a Christian book that tells short stories of 18 individuals who failed in their efforts - some more than once - and what they learned out of the failure. Those lessons were used to create a basis for success in future years.
