Not just for the NEWLY diagnosed!

This book has helped simplify the gluten free diet tremendously for me. As someone diagnosed with Celiac disease 11 years ago, the options for what to eat were virtually none. I had to stick with a basic diet of fruits, vegetables, plain unseasoned meats, dairy and nuts and seeds. I basically lived on yogurt, bananas and peanut butter because if I ventured, I was sick. Recommends it for: Those trying to go gluten free/just been diagnosed with celiac disease
It gave a lot of good gluten free/celiac resources, which is nice to have handy in one book, and I like how there is space provided in the book for your own notes. But it was basically a conglomerate of internet research, so it read choppy and didn't feel at all personal. ...more
