The Beginners Guide to Making Your Own Essential Oils by Lindsey P. It was a reference guide to complement my birthday still that I have yet to try out. The guide contained mainly essential oils information and not so much on actually distilling or making them. I’ll transfer the pertinent information, about 2 paragraphs worth, into my lavender notebook for later use. If you’re looking for information on essential oils, I would hit up the internet, particularly pinterest actually, for some good advice and recipes.
