I absolutely love a book that is condensed and concised. It leaves the experience of meditation and spirituality to the readers creativity 💜 So many good points in this book that hit home.

This is an amazingly insightful and simple book. It really helped me through a rough patch and is great to go back to whenever your energy is low. Additionally, this book is adaptable to most any religious belief. It is immediately accessible to the novice meditator and yet has a place in an established practice.
This is a wonderful book full of useful meditations that are accessible and grounding. The book has mediations in it that are great reminders that we all have the power to transform our moods and energy level. I need to remember to use it!
