This was very interesting. And although a textbook, this was very readable. I need to go a little deeper soon.

The contrast between Greek and Roman intellectual life was stronger than I expected it to be.

Liked it a lot.

This book is great! I think it's geared towards younger high schoolers but is a awesome summary of the history of science (and mathematics). It makes you want to read more about those men who brilliantly built what we take for granted.
