This is a great play off of "there was an old lady who swallowed a fly". It also incorporates the scientific process of digestion. A great book for upper elementary students who are learning system functions.

This would be a good list for Children ages 7 and up. I used this book for Storytime (ages 0-5) and it didn't work very well

Very informational, just not as awesome as I would have thought a book with the word "rectum" on the front page would be.

Okay, this book was fun! Totally cute. It was a fun little rhyming story, but also very informative. I definitely learned some things I didn't know about the body.
