Not for me. I’m looking for smoothies to hide green veggies with fruit in a healthy way. This was a mix of juices, small number of smoothies without veggies that I could see, fizzy drinks, and drinks organized by health concern which is not helpful for me.
The juicer has come back out on the counter and even though I like to just throw together whatever I have on hand and create my own blends, it's nice to have some new ideas. I got this book on the sale rack at B&N for $7.98, and it has about 200 recipes for juices and smoothies, as well as juicing tips and information on the nutritional data benefits of different fruits and veggies. Much of the book is broken down into recipes for various health concerns--digestion, skin issues, fatigue, respiratory problems, women's health, etc. The Red Mist (beet-apple-lemon) a "stress beater" and the Apple and Ginger Tea are two favorites now.
