Market listings are often outdated, but it's still the most helpful reference out there for poets looking for places to submit their works. I love the introduction, in recent years, of symbol codes that allow you to quickly skim for writing level and paying markets.
Definitely a helpful reference for beginning poets, especially. Some of the articles and interviews within are good as well. It does seem to get more dated each year, though, in opposition to several very good websites that update nearly daily... I've been getting this yearly since '98.
This is a must have for all aspiring poets to break into poetry. It helped me out with my published poetry since 2006. Though updated, get the newest PM edition in 8/08 this summer.
