Parts on Design Thinking earned this mediocre book a 2nd star

The author's knowledge of analytics & big data is limited to buzzwords and a very surface level understanding of the underlying technologies. The parts on Design Thinking were interesting and saved this book from a one star rating. I will be checking out Change by Design, which the author references throughout the book.
