Love this Triology
Controlling her Pleasure
This is HOT. from the very start, the prologue has you hooked. Lili did a great job of bringing a dominate to life and taking control of his sub. This teaser story promises more great things to come with Erin and Blake.
Blake always took care of Erin when they were kids, then she left. Now he wants “Angel” to have her matching tattoo altered so he can forget her for good. In the process of kidnapping her, he learns just how much they have in common and how much they have grown as adults. With a cliff hanger ending, we are left ready to read more about what is going to happen in this new Dom/Sub relationship!
Commanding her Trust
Another holding on to the seat of your pants addition to a hot series. Ms. Valente had done an excellent job of writing a book I could not put down.
We start right where we left off, Blake catching Erin before she gets away. Off to the cabin to change that tattoo or not? Love is rekindled until a big secret comes out. Will they resolve it? Will they part? I can't wait for the conclusion!

Book 1 = 5++ hot and sizzling stars!!
Controlling Her Pleasure is an immensely hot erotic short from Lili Valente’s fantastic new series Under his Command. And when I say hot, I mean positively scorching! Ms. Valente will capture your attention very quickly in just a few pages as she introduces you to Blake and Erin and will definitely remain in possession of it until the turn of the final page.
Blake is a very talented tattoo artist and thanks to a reality show has managed to attain great success with a national chain of tattoo parlors. But despite his business success, relationships have always been a different story ever since he had his heart shattered by the one woman who had ever been able to capture it. Erin has always been hurt by men. So when Blake, the only man she ever really loved, suddenly comes back into her life radiating an aura of dominance and need for control which mesmerizes her, Erin struggles with her deep desire to give in to him. But will her fears of knowing the true reason why Blake has returned give her the strength to remain in control or will Erin lose herself to the connection and passion which reignites between them and inflames her inner desires?
Simply using one word to describe Controlling Her Pleasure: WOW! This is an amazingly hot and passionate short story which gives us just a taste of Lili Valente's new series and definitely leaves us wanting more. The intense connection between these two characters is electrifying and sizzling which will leave the reader in certain need of a tall glass of ice water by the time they reach the end. Controlling Her Pleasure will "control" you (as it did me) page after page leaving you with great anticipation for what lies ahead for Blake and Erin.
Book 2 = 5++ STARS!!
Commanding Her Trust is book 2 in Lili Valente’s Under His Command series, the continuation of her amazing telling of the love story between Blake and Erin. Book 2 picks up right where we left off with Erin trying to make her escape from Blake which left us wondering whether or not he would be able to stop her. Well, indeed Erin’s efforts are thwarted and as they both begin to communicate with one another, it becomes apparent that the connection between them remains despite the passage of time as well as their inner attempts to hide how they truly feel.
As Blake’s love for Erin floods back to the surface, he begins to imagine a possibility of reclaiming “his woman” and beginning a new life together. The compatibility that they share, both inside of the bedroom, as well as out, continues to escalate. As Erin senses Blake’s feelings, her initial thought is to play along with him only long enough to make her escape. But as the hours pass and the strength of their new bond to one another intensifies, Erin begins to hope for more between them as well. Although she continues with her inner struggle of whether she can take the chance of placing her trust in another man, Erin starts to believe that Blake is different. But when the faith she has begun to entrust to Blake is shaken, will Erin choose to stay or will she run from the only man who has ever truly made her feel safe?
OMG! Lili Valente’s has done it to me again, completely captivating me and capturing my undivided attention page after page. Lili has guided me into Blake and Erin’s world keeping me completely riveted and immersed. The hot, steamy and electrifying connection between this dominating alpha male and his submissive is imbedded with amazing passion. The rekindling of the deep emotion shared between these two characters is absolutely entrancing making them both believe in the possibility of second chances. Lili has once again left me hanging with bated breath as I anxiously await her (what I KNOW will be) amazing and mesmerizing conclusion to this outstanding series.
Book 3 = 5++ Stars
Claiming Her Heart is the fantastic conclusion to Lili Valente’s amazing Under His Command series. After reading the first two novels and experiencing the hot eroticism shared between Blake and Erin, the thought crossed my mind of whether Ms. Valente would ever be able to surpass them. But as I flipped the final page I am left with such a feeling of contentment it’s almost hard to describe. Don’t get me wrong, the hot erotic scenes shared between these two characters was absolutely amazing at times leaving my heart pumping as fast as I am sure theirs were. But the incredible connection between Blake and Erin was, well, incredible going far beyond the dom/sub relationship they shared in the bedroom!!
Claiming Her Heart basically picks up where the author left us albeit now back at Blake’s cabin where he is experiencing feelings of anger at the betrayal of Erin running away from him, again. But when Erin begins to display the intensity of emotion and upset she is feeling over everything that has happened in her life, Blake’s anger starts to wane and their love for each other once again boils over as they lay entwined together. When Erin begins to finally open up about her failed marriage and concern for her daughter, Blake starts to convince himself that because of the decisions he has made, he is no good for her either. But despite the roadblocks that seem to arise, both Blake and Erin’s hearts have always remained connected. As they work together to formulate a plan to get her daughter back, the questions continue to linger of whether Erin will ever again hold her baby in her arms, and will Blake be able to let go of his self-doubt and admit that their lives and hearts will always remain entangled?
This is one of the more difficult reviews I have written. I enjoyed this series so much and writing each of my reviews was a struggle because of the overwhelming need I felt to express how exceptional I feel the Under His Command books to be without divulging anything that would spoil the discovery of the story by those reading it for the first time. Blake and Erin were such extraordinary characters who each grew up in lives of disharmony and strife but had always found comfort in each other. Now as their paths cross again eight years later, the love and connection their souls had always known for one another remains as strong as it ever was. However, they both must learn to look beyond and into the future to hopefully find the life together they had always hoped they would share.
Lili Valente has written two spectacular characters and the hot, sensual and erotic scenes were fantastic. She has definitely earned her place on my must read author list. Claiming Her Heart and the Under His Command series have given us amazing characters and an entertaining and captivating story!!

I have become a fan of Lili Valente’s novella type stories. She has a way of writing a very Alpha man and pairing him up with a strong yet loving heroine and giving us an extremely thorough plot line all in a short story. In each of her books I have read, I have been captivated and glued to the pages and by the end of the story feel totally sated.
When I was giving the opportunity to review the Under His Command Trilogy I was very excited to see where she was going to take Blake and Erin. They are a couple that has a past and are building on a future. I love a second chance romance and this one did not disappoint.
Blake and Erin had fallen in love with each other when they were in high school together and were fostered by the same creepy foster family. For reasons that we don’t get for a while, Erin leaves Blake to try and escape the horrors of her foster dad. Fast forward several years and Blake, who is still pinning away for Erin, finds her and takes her to his mountain house to settle an old score and hopefully he can finally move past carrying a torch for her and get on with his life.
I loved how Lili didn’t mess around with bringing to surface their feelings. Much to Blake’s surprise, Erin still held strong feelings for him too. There is some push and pull with these two, but once secrets are revealed, you really understand what Erin went through and why she did what she did.
Under His Command has strong BDSM and Dom/sub elements to it. Lili can really write some schizzle and the sexy times between these two are scorching hot. Blake is a not only a dirty talker, but he can most definitely follow through with what he says he is going to do and Erin is totally confident in her sexual skin and takes all her dishes out to her quite well.
The flow of this book was great. The story has a bit of mystery and Blake and Erin go on a little journey as detectives to get to the bottom of something that is holding Erin back completely from giving herself to Blake. The story ended on a great note and once again, I loved how all of this was told in three short books. It made for an easy, enjoyable and sexy read. Enjoy!

Wow… super freaking H-O-T! I cannot wait to see how this story continues. Blake is trying to move forward with his life, but there is one thing holding him back. He is forever tied to a girl from his past through the identical tattoos they share, an angel. Erin “Angel” a former model made a name for herself with this tattoo. Blake last saw her when she was 16 when she vanished from his life, and until they are no longer connected by this tat, he will not be able to go forward. He sets his sights to get this tat modified and in doing so finds they share similar dominant/submissive lifestyle tastes…. This was a very HOT quick introduction into Lili Valente!

In Commanding Her Trust, Blake and Erin pick up where they left off in Controlling Her Pleasure with Erin running half naked into the road to get away from Blake. Erin subsequently decides that she can use her submissive power to try to get Blake to change his mind about altering her tat, and Blake is doing what he can to keep it only D/s and not let emotions come into to play. Neither other these two have any idea just what they are getting themselves into and they seem to forget their plans. Blake and Erin share some extremely HOT scenes over the night… However, in a D/s relationship trust and communication is key, and just when it seems like these two are making their way back to what they once had all those years ago, someone’s trust is broken, will they come back to each other… <3

WOW! Claiming Her Heart is the last book in this trilogy, and it was so worth waiting to see how things would end between Blake and Erin. These two have a chemistry that is off the charts and a love that has endured heartbreak and a long separation, but Blake wonders if he is just as bad as her ex. He is willing to help try to get her baby Abby back but how much more is he willing to give or is he willing to walk away to save her from himself.

She didn't know what Blake was there for but she would go anywhere with him. When he told her what he was there for, she refused to give what he wanted but she was willing to do anything else. Blake's dominating voice hit her in places she craved and once Blake figured it out, he knew what he had to do and was happy to do it.

Book 2 picks up right where we left off with Erin trying to make her escape from Blake which left us wondering whether or not he would be able to stop her. Well, indeed Erin’s efforts are thwarted and as they both begin to communicate with one another, it becomes apparent that the connection between them remains despite the passage of time as well as their inner attempts to hide how they truly feel.
As Blake’s love for Erin floods back to the surface, he begins to imagine a possibility of reclaiming “his woman” and beginning a new life together. The compatibility that they share, both inside of the bedroom, as well as out, continues to escalate. As Erin senses Blake’s feelings, her initial thought is to play along with him only long enough to make her escape. But as the hours pass and the strength of their new bond to one another intensifies, Erin begins to hope for more between them as well. Claiming Her Heart is the fantastic conclusion to Lili Valente’s amazing Under His Command series. After reading the first two novels and experiencing the hot eroticism shared between Blake and Erin, the thought crossed my mind of whether Ms. Valente would ever be able to surpass them. But as I flipped the final page I am left with such a feeling of contentment it’s almost hard to describe. Don’t get me wrong, the hot erotic scenes shared between these two characters was absolutely amazing at times leaving my heart pumping as fast as I am sure theirs were. But the incredible connection between Blake and Erin was, well, incredible going far beyond the dom/sub relationship they shared in the bedroom!!
Claiming Her Heart basically picks up where the author left us albeit now back at Blake’s cabin where he is experiencing feelings of anger at the betrayal of Erin running away from him, again. But when Erin begins to display the intensity of emotion and upset she is feeling over everything that has happened in her life, Blake’s anger starts to wane and their love for each other once again boils over as they lay entwined together. When Erin begins to finally open up about her failed marriage and concern for her daughter, Blake starts to convince himself that because of the decisions he has made, he is no good for her either. But despite the roadblocks that seem to arise, both Blake and Erin’s hearts have always remained connected. As they work together to formulate a plan to get her daughter back, the questions continue to linger of whether Erin will ever again hold her baby in her arms, and will Blake be able to let go of his self-doubt and admit that their lives and hearts will always remain entangled?
This is one of the more difficult reviews I have written. I enjoyed this series so much and writing each of my reviews was a struggle because of the overwhelming need I felt to express how exceptional I feel the Under His Command books to be without divulging anything that would spoil the discovery of the story by those reading it for the first time. Blake and Erin were such extraordinary characters who each grew up in lives of disharmony and strife but had always found comfort in each other. Now as their paths cross again eight years later, the love and connection their souls had always known for one another remains as strong as it ever was. However, they both must learn to look beyond and into the future to hopefully find the life together they had always hoped they would share.
Lili Valente has written two spectacular characters and the hot, sensual and erotic scenes were fantastic. She has definitely earned her place on my must read author list. Claiming Her Heart and the Under His Command series have given us amazing characters and an entertaining and captivating story!!

This was a perfectly serviceable romance novella.
I liked the unique setup and I liked Blake. His motives were understandable given the level of emotion one puts into one's art. Technically he's taking Erin against her will in order to remove her tattoo, but she doesn't really seem to mind being taken away by him, so it never feels like a profound moral transgression. He is a thoroughly good guy and believably so, and the book takes great pains to distinguish the difference between a responsible Dom and an irresponsible one, and the fact that Blake knows the difference. That difference is so ingrained in him that he is smart enough to see once he's stepped over the line. Men who understand boundaries = sexy.
Erin's reticence to involve herself with Blake after her previous abusive relationship is also believable. So the overall setup for the conflict rang true to me. As did Blake and Erin's love for one another. It's nice to read a story where the hero and heroine really do seem like they fit together, more than just sexually.
The sex was the least interesting part of the book. It wasn't unsexy, it just felt like an interruption from the emotional meat of the story, and it went on and on and on. I cared much less about that than the emotional dynamics at play. SPOILER: The scene where Blake DID cross the line and Erin had an emotional breakdown as a result was, in my opinion, the most riveting. /SPOILER
Furthermore, there were a few events and conflicts that felt just a little off, a little too manufactured, a little too based in unwarranted assumptions. The writing was just a little too on the nose, the ex-husband Scott was just a little too much of an asshole, and Erin just a little too much innocent victim for my tastes. Just once I'd love to see a heroine with real flaws (my sympathies are with the writer, as I always get in trouble for writing flawed women in my own books... in the romance genre, it appears flaws are for men to have and perfect women to fix.)

How the hell have I not read this book before now? I’ve had this book on my Kindle for a few years, and I just never got around to reading it. Well, shame on me! I loved this story. All the love, heat, and lots of feels in this not-totally-BDSM tale.
Blake and Erin have a past. Having grown up in the same foster home, they looked out for one another, and slowly fell in love. When circumstances separated them, Blake and Erin created lives for themselves, but never forgetting the first love they shared. When Blake tracks Erin down after 8 years, he has a plan for her. What he doesn’t expect is the pull to her is still there as it was when they were teenagers. They’re both holding on to secrets, but both know they should stay away from each other.
Fate has plans for them, and it’s futile to ignore it. Lots and lots and lots of heat between Blake and Erin. He could ink me up any time!

Let me just start and say it was best that I chose this edition - ( the complete series). The 1st book was short, yet gave the opening to the storyline. Hence, thereafter each book flowed directly and made for smooth reading.
This story is centred around identical Angel tattoos. Blake and Erin, 2 of 6 foster children living in a home, where a roof over their heads is just a convenience. A short love relationship being bonded yet shattered when Erin turns 16. We follow what happens and why the identical tattoos are the central attraction.
As per usual, no spoiling, as each book has a description of storyline.

Blake and Erin are pure fire! The chemistry between them is palpable. There is plenty of banter and tension, as well as romance. This is second chance romance with a bit of friends-to-lovers and enemies-to-lovers. There is even action and intrigue. Did I mention how hot this is? So hot!

This series was a fantastic ride - the horrible past that was Erin's marriage is a nightmare that no one deserves. Blake's alpha control AND protectiveness is endearing - even when he maddeningly takes it too far. Once again - this whole serial has been well-paced with nail chomping cliff-hangers and a beautiful happily ever after.
I definitely will be reading more from this author!

He gets her – her need to be dominated in a safe, loving way. Blake is also struggling with the feelings and emotions that Erin can so easily stir in him. He tries to be practical which simply leads to more misunderstanding and distrust. Secrets are revealed and the drama is heightened as Blake and Erin continue to find out what love really means for both of them. A doozy of a cliffhanger has me waiting not so patiently for the final book in this series!

We meet Erin in the prologue and think it's going to be one thing, but then it turns out to be different. Blake and Erin were foster kids together when they were teenagers and he tried to keep her protected.
What happened to their love and promises to each other? Why did she run the day after his eighteenth birthday. Be aware that there is a cliffhanger here, but you really don't want to miss this series. I am sooo looking forward to the next book in the series, to find out what happens to Erin and Blake.
Book 2 of the Trilogy:
Another bump in the road to forever? - 5 stars
This is the second book in the series of Erin and Blake. Just as things start looking like they are going in the right direction, a misunderstanding and lie throws everything into disarray.
We learned more about Erin and her soon to be ex, that she has an infant daughter she is fighting for and that she never stopped loving Blake, even when she ran away the day after his 18th birthday. We still don't know the reasoning for that or where she went after that, before she met her soon to be ex.
The fact that her soon to be ex lost all interest in her when she got pregnant left me wondering if other DOMs are that way of if this was just a one off due to this douchebag's stupidity.
I am so looking forward to the next book in the series to find out what happens with Erin and Blake, what happens with the baby and the soon to be ex and where everyone ends up. I would also like to learn more about Blake's friend, Rafe. Make sure you grab this series when you can. You will NOT regret it.

In the last book, there was a major misunderstanding between Blake and Erin and both of them thought the other had lied about the feelings they had for each other. Blake has forcibly taken Erin back to his cabin and tied her up, ready to change her tattoo so that they no longer have matching tats.
Being a true submissive, Erin has mixed feelings about being bound to his bed and when he actually touches the tattoo gun to her back, she just loses it. She has bottled up sooo much during the last eight years and her mind has finally decided that she has reached her breaking point.
Blake can't stand to see a woman cry and this is not just regular crying or fury, but a broken woman - the woman he has loved since he was a teenager. They finally have a heart to heart talk and put everything out there. There are a lot of twists and turns in this book, but it is one helleva rollercoaster ride. I don't want to give away a lot of spoilers, as I feel that everyone needs to read their entire story for themselves, to decide what they think of the story.
The last two chapters are heartbreakingly beautiful! True born love does exist, even from a young age - it just has to be nurtured.

I absolutely loved the story of Erin and Blake and could not put it down.
They have a past history together. Height years ago, they've loved each other with everything they have. They were on the fast track to starting up something fierce when Erin left without warning and vanished from Blake’s life.
Flash forward to present day, Blake is a sexy and famous tattoo artist and Erin is a hot lingerie model. She used the identical tattoos (an angel) they share to make a name for herself.
Blake never got over her and wanted to move forward with his life. He is haunted by the knowledge that she still sported the profession of his adolescent love on her shoulder and has a plan to erase permanently their connection and get rid of his obsession for good.
Under His Command series is an amazing story of young love gone wrong and finding out how to forgive and move forward after years of bitterness. I loved their journey into rediscovering each other so much.
Lili Valente certainly knows how to write great stories. The sex is off the scale hot. Controlling Her Pleasure, the first book in the series starts out quite hot with a sizzling car ride and gets better with every page. There's lots of hot and heavy chemistry between the leads.
I recommend this to everyone, trust me you won't be disappointed.

This is the first book by this author and I was pretty impressed. I really enjoyed her writing style, character development, dialogue, and steam. This was almost purely an erotic romance without much suspense, but I liked it a lot. This is the story about Blake, a very successful tattoo artist who owns many studios and was the star of a reality show, and Erin, Blake's foster sister and first love from years ago who is now a struggling bartender going through a nasty divorce. Blake basically kidnaps Erin because he wants to modify their matching tattoos that he believes is not allowing him to get over her. This is the story of the reconnection. I would definitely read this author again.

Never give up on true love...
I enjoyed reading this series. Blake was a super hot Bad Boy and totally an Alpha Man and Erin was just as Naughty. There was definitely something missing. There was a lot of back and forth between the two. Don't get me wrong, it did keep me turning the pages, but I felt like I was on a roller coaster trying to catch up to what the story was truly about. By the end, I was happy I had continued with the series, never give up on true love. I would definitely recommend this series.

Ermmm no, not my cup of tea at all. The hero and heroine are estranged and meet years later again, still full of resentments regarding their brake up when they were teenagers. There are so many unsolved issues between them which doesn't make the insta sex and "let's seduce him with my body" attitude believable. Also, this book was previously published under a different pseudonym by an author I didn't enjoy in the past. DNF ... another $-buy gone wrongt.

This is my first read by Lili Valente and it was great! It's a three part series hot erotic story. The characters are very likable and the story moves along pretty fast. Blake and Erin have matching tattoos and he wanted to modify hers to get Erin out of his system. Of course things don't always goes as planned and true love prevails. I highly recommend this series.

A very sweet, quick read. I was very annoyed by the "show me my pussy", "I'm going to fuck my pussy", but otherwise the writing and the story were enjoyable. If you like something light and sexy, you'll like this.

Great series
This is the first I've read from Lili and I'm sure this won't be the last. Not a typical storyline. Both Erin and Blake were strong characters. The story did start off a bit slow for me but the pace picked up when all the details came out about her husband.
