Anyone who likes the stats of the UK charts needs one of these in their shelves. From the start of the charts to 2002, it's very comprehensive.

I am a real sucker for these books... but music is so awful and the charts are so pathetic that this particular brand is now somewhat redundant.

I recall the days [not too long ago] when a song straight into number 1 was rare [Slade did it 3 times!]. Nowadays any useless tosser can do it.

Many must recall that to get to number one you had to sell hundreds of thousands of copies [Mull of Kintyre 9 weeks @ #1 Everything I do I do it for you 16 weeks @ #1 both sold millions of copies] - nowadays you can get a handful of your mates to download it a few times and your suddenly famous for 15 minutes... what a load of shite.
