If you've read one billionaire story you've read them all. Kendra and Jax story was not that compelling. This was good for a quick read but I'm not sure I'm interested or invested enough to find out what happens next.

I'm not normally a fan of short stories, and one that is split into 5 books, I just don't understand. But I have to say this is a great start to a series I will certainly read. Although short, it held heaps of story, my favourite token billionaire babe and hard kick heroine.
Down on her luck and life designer Kendra Valetina has no luck. Her design website is constantly hacked and she is jobless, leaving her best friend to pick up the rent costs... Now she is given no choice, find a job or else. What she didn't expect was for one to fall into her lap.
Jax Wilder is still realing from the death of his sister in a terrible plane crash. That crash has him now guardian to his 6 month old nephew, Tyson. Jax knows his way around a woman buut babies, he's got nothing. His normal female choices are gold digging money hungry whores. With no other option he must find a nanny - with a glowing reference from his fellow employee, Jax finds himself face to face with a stunning woman whom not only quickly settles little Tyson, but has Jax on high alert. He is drawn by her beauty, her tender ways and lack of chemistry towards him (Haha yeah right).
Taking this job will help her take some control back for her life... But control that billionaire Jax may ruin with one look.

The story caught my attention and drew me in, but don't see myself finishing the other four parts of the story. This one was free but if you want the rest of the story you have to either pay $2.99 for each subsequent installment, or you can pay $11.99 for the five "book" set. I would never pay $11.99 for what amounts to a single ebook. Each installment is only around 65-70 pages long. So, no thank you. It's a shame because it had potential.

The Beginning ~
I enjoyed reading this story. I liked that the author stated it would be a story that ends at book five. I enjoyed the background set up, and the characters. Those two were opposite, him a cocky arrogant playboy, and her, a shy seamstress trying to get her business running, and is a people person. Looking forward to see where this story goes.

Playboy Jax is left with his sisters son after her sudden death & he needs help. The bimbos he's had as nannies only wanted his money & prestige so he gets rid of them. A few weeks of unconsolable infant cause him to seek help from his friends in finding a new nanny. Kendra desperately needing work to finish her designs & pay her roommate the back rent she owes goes for the job. Bonding with the baby is easy, the handsome uncle is something else. There's chemistry but her life is nothing like his & she doesn't feel worthy of him. This is done in serial format looking forward to the next book.

This novella lacked character development, intrigue, and plot development. Where the story ended didn't leave me wanting to move on to the sequel. Very disappointed.

Jax Wilder has sole custody of his nephew after his sister died in a plane crash and he has no clue what he is doing. He is also a play boy. Every Nanny he has hired so far has turned out to be a gold digger!
Kendra Valentina is trying to get her business up and running but it's slow going so an old friend rings her up and let's her know that his boss is looking for a nanny. She goes for the interview and she ends up with the job.
Kendra gets easily attached, especially after having lost her parents in a car crash and then being bounced around from home to home. And she's becoming attached to baby Tyson only after a few hours.
There is attraction between the two of them but Kendra wants to keep it professional and Jax wants her in his bed! So let's see where this ends up!

This book was good but I think it needs to be longer to actually catch someone's attention and wanting to read the rest of the series. Kendra starts working as tysons nanny. Jax has custody of his nephew when his sister died in a plane crash. Jax has these unknown feelings that he hasn't felt for something before. Kendra is in the process of getting her website up for fashion designing. In the end when she is talking on the phone with jax she gets her website going and gets excited and says yes. Little did she know he was asking her to move in. Uh oh what's going to happen?

The characters are quirky, I'm loving Kendra. She's not fussy and totally down to earth. I hope her character doesn't change. Jax seems your typical rich womanizer, but has his qualities too. Looking forward to the next instalment.
Is really quite depressed now. I / was looking forward to reading more from these two. I may sound like a penny pincher, but I refuse to pay £2.49 for the next 4 books that follow in this series. I can't see them lasting more than the 8 chapters in this one. So sorry but I won't be following the rest of this series.

Fun, humorous just a great read
He has bo idea how to care for his nephew . After his sister's death he takes custody of her son. His world is business and the occasional woman for relaxation . She is a fun, witty down to earth woman with strong ambition to build her own business . Desperate for help he accepts a referral from a friend for a nanny. Can he keep his hands to himself or will he once again let his libido turn his world upside down

Good but too short
I hate reading short books especially when you have a good story. This has a good storyline with a different premise. I want to get into the characteristic it cut off at an odd place. The only reason it lost a star is due to the fact that the next book is $2.99 for 54 pages. That is ridiculous. I would have happily bought the entire series but I don't pay for less than 150 pages. That is called a pamphlet not a book.

Jax and Kendra have a journey unlike another. The relationship starts off on a bunch of shells which this author quickly defines in the first few chapters but as their paths come together it becomes known as to why. This is a romantic quick read that will have you searching for the next book in the series as it did me.
Careful for one wishes for you might just get it and a sexy billionaire to boot.

The rich playbook and his new nanny
Jack is a true rich playbook and he does not care how he treats the women in his life. Kendra does not know who Max Wilder is and why he does not know how to care for his son. Their interest in each other is something I'm looking forward to read about.

Good beginning of this Romance!
The Billionaire's Temptation is a great way to start a hot alpha romance. Playboy Jax takes custody of his nephew and goes through a few nannies before landing Kenndra. As this is a beginning nothing much has happened yet but the potential is there! Looking forward to reading the next book.
