مللت كثيرا وانا اقرأ الكتاب ليس من سوء ترجمة او وحدة موضوع ولكن الكتاب عبارة عن عملية رصد لظاهرة ارتفاع نسبة الطلاق في العصر المملوكي، فمن المفهوم أن الإستقلال المالي للمرأة يجعل فكرة الإنفصال أسهل وهذه الفكرة لا تحتاج (فى ظني) لكل هذا المجهود البحثي بقدر ما كان السؤال الذي يجب طرحه مثلا "هل كان دائما ظاهرة الطلاق مقترنة باستقلالية المرأة فى مجتمع الإسلام؟", "هل تغير سلوك الرجل بشكل ما أدى لهذه الدعوة الى الإستقلالية؟" وأسئلة أخرى لا يجيب عنها الكتاب ولا يعرها اهتمامه، فهو يرصد جزء من الظاهرة وه ...more
