I started reading this book for fun about 6 months ago. The information was good, though obviously outdated, but it was a hard read. Only because it’s a TEXTBOOK!! There is no physical way to read this big heavy book in a comfortable, leisurely way. But I’m glad I read it. And I’m glad I finished it!

I remember reading this and constantly having my mother peek over my shoulder. She's always believed that she could live the life she missed out on through me. So when I started showing an interest in things that turn her on, she got jealous. This book fascinated me and taught me a whole lot about us social beings. I'll certainly organize my office to be "open" because of the illustrations in here.

To get back to the story I started out with: My mother started a Public Relations course many years after we'd all received our degrees ... she will probably never be able to be a Public Relations Officer though, because she's at retirement age.
