3,8. There is nothing wrong with this book. It makes for a challenging read aloud, as children enjoy read alouds which captivate their emotions. She became interested in American Indians as a result of troop gathering day last autumn with her AHG troop, but this title failed to answer the questions she had afterward.

Super quick overview of Cherokee history. I listened to it on audiobook, I have to imagine it's better as a physical book, and probably for children.

A good introduction to Cherokee culture past and present. This book defines terms, gives geographic locations, nutrition facts, etc...
