Shelves: sci-fi, fiction
finished this yesterday; read it while flying. It is fun to read adult erotica in public--what meltzer called "Agitsmut". haha. this didn't get me aroused though. this was a combination of reading something like allen ginsberg coupled with sci fi and every conceivable taboo and gender variation. it's downright descriptive and mouthy but after hearing all the different ways and contexts that cum might come up it got kind of desensitizing for me. maybe reading it all in two sits was too much too q ...more

David Meltzer was a poet associated with both the Beat Generation and the San Francisco Renaissance. A pioneer of jazz poetry readings, Meltzer also formed a psychedelic folk-rock group.
