Comfortable and easy to read book filled with inspirational stories and encouragement. This is not your typical self-help book for women. Stephanie Marston offers a positive outlook on how you can move from your comfort zone and find ways for women to explore and grow. Solid advice that can apply to your everyday life and it won't make you feel like you have to spend a fortune to make changes to your life.

I was weeding the nonfiction and this seemed to fit my life... the section about life having been dominated by caring for others and now doing all the things we've dreamed of doing but haven't done. (p.12)

an easy, breezy read i consumed at one sitting in the library - a compassionate call to action which incorporates the author's own experiences. written by an empathetic therapist who encourages people to get up and go when they hear the siren song of mid-life

Worth a read.....but a slow read in parts....takes a lot of words to get to the point in some instance....but some good messages and reminders nevertheless.
