The Commitment: Choosing to Stand

Rate this book
For those, as I have, that made commitments and choose to continue in keeping them or begin the process in accordance to the principles set forth for us within scripture. May you, like me, “Choose to stand” in this process. (Ephesians 6:13)
There is a natural response that psychology states that I will either fight, or take flight from a traumatic circumstance. I do understand this, yet I have come to understand that to fight, or step out of the unknown, and have a positive outcome, I must choose to prepare my thoughts and actions first.
My purpose is now the process of having a meaningful life that I am taking to stand; consequently, beyond the different forms of distress that I have faced.
And I as well started to dwell on this recent thought. There was a day when a “man’s word” was accepted without the need of any legal paperwork, -I remember my neighbour, Jim, who was from West Virginia, when he said he was doing anything, I never doubted for a moment what he said-, I mention this as I was directed to address the subject of commitments. Whether you are beginning to walk out or already begun to reach your destiny, I pray this will encourage you to start or continue that process!
