This was such a fun read! The story was fast-paced and engaging, full of beautiful details. One of those books that you think about the characters even when you're not reading the book. I didn't want to put it down. I had to find out if they made it to the Fountain of Whimsy and what would happen when they got there! I didn't want it to end. I can't wait to read the next adventure!!

This is a fun, fast paced read. The protagonist is a smart, witty eleven-year-old boy who stumbles upon a magical world of elves who need his help. It takes you on an exciting journey filled with mystery and colorful characters. This story is full of humor, lessons learned, and lovely imagery. A creative piece of work from this new author.

This was a very cute little book. I enjoyed reading it, although, sometimes I felt as though Morales forgot who her target audience was. I would still recommend it to my grandchildren.
