There are few moments that I can look back in my life and not see her. She’d been a part of my life from the moment my parents bought the house next door. She was my best friend.
But things changed.
We got older.
Our friendship changed.
We fell in love.
My life with Jessa Rawlins would prove to be the best life I could ever dream of. It will always show me how truly far an

I'm at a complete loss of words. Where do I begin? This book is such a absolutely heartbreakingly beautiful , honest story. The ultimate example of being perfectly imperfect and the journey that it brings you on. P.J. poured her heart and soul into this book. Hunter and Jessa's story is one of the most gut wrenching stories that I've ever. Such a beautiful story of understanding, love and acceptance. You will see the daily struggles that people like Jessa face and how courageous they are for liv ...more

This was heartfelt and heartbreaking! The author wrote this from personal experience and it shows. Mental illness is under represented in romance, so I applaud the author for having a heroine who suffers from mental illness. This story begins when the characters are children. The love between Jessa and Hunter is pure and sweet. Jessa suffers so much verbal abuse because she isn't 'normal'. People attack things that they don't understand. Hunter is a wonderful guy, so understanding and accommodat ...more

Finding An Angel is emotional and heartbreaking love story. Jessica and Hunter were beautiful together. Their love will be felt even after finishing the book.

Jessica and Hunter have known each other since they were kids. They stayed closed and since they were little Hunter became Jessica’s protector. Jessica was lonely and the only real friend she ever had was Hunter. She had loved him since they were kids and Hunter

Received copy in exchange for honest review:

This book is so emotional that I cried. I could feel the pain but also the joy. The unseen disease of mental illnesses are the ones that some ridicule and say cruel things about because they are ignorant of the facts but this book is written by someone who has personal experience in these situations. The way bullies pick on those that are not like everyone else or seen as not normal is something some have to deal with daily. The writer has captured fro

Where to begin...this book is heartwrenching. And while I just didn't want to believe how cruel kids can be, I know there are some that just are. At first, I thought, no one faces bullying like this, it's not realistic at all, but then I took a step back, thought about all the stories we read in the news and my heart sunk, because it does happen. The only thing I felt was a little unbelievable was how gushy and elegant the male lead is - Hunter

This was a rough read for me. I have read many books that have made me cry, but this one was different. I don't have many words to express what I'm feeling about this book. It was a wonderful story about friendship and love. That even though one may suffer from mental or physical illnesses, there is someone who will love you despite what may be happening to you. If more people knew how to love and less about hating those who may be different our world would be a better place.

I cannot imagine anybody not loving this story. This story is beautiful and so sad and taught me never to take what I have for granted. I hope everybody finds the friendship and love that Hunter and Jessa had. To many people never do because of what people see not what they know about someone. This was so well written I cannot wait to read it again.....

WOW. I have never read a book like this before!!! P.J. Belden portrayed the characters beautifully- the story isn't only a love story its a story about how cruel the world can be to a child. It was so interesting to me to read the different point of views and realize that someone could see you totally different than how you see yourself. I found Jessa pretty relatable- we all have those moments of self-doubt but to have other people confirming this for you?! That is unimaginable. The sad part is ...more

Such a beautiful and emotional read. The author went above and beyond with this book. The story line strikes the heart and draws you in until you're left utterly intrigued and flabbergasted. I read this book in one sitting and wanted to climb into the pages and shake some people. The characters are amazing and its written in so much detail that I was certainly living it while I read. I honestly think this is my favourite book this year so far. Amazing

Hello Everyone,

I am a stay at home mom for three kids. They keep the days pretty busy, but at night or when they are at school I can be found sitting at my computer typing away or sitting somewhere curled up reading a book.

I have always wanted to be a writer, but it was put on the back burner for a long while there. Now that my kids are in school and there is a little 'free' time, I put my writin
