When staying at Badrinath a place high in the Himalayas, far from the hustle and bustle of Indian and yoga American cities, an old man gives Jack, who is travelling with his brother, a Yoga Shastra aka Yoga Zapper. Great story, creative writing, but sadly the worst editing of any book I’ve ever read.

I thought it would be the study of individuals who go through trials and tribulations until they reach a higher learning in some Buddhist temple. I was wrong. This is much more. Besides the lessons, yes this novel has quite a bit, plus folklore and mythology, the story includes opposite societies, one of high spirituality, the other a dystopian of the worst kind.
