Somehow, as a white, middle-aged, civilian woman from Canada, I don't think that I was this book's intended audience. Between the cop talk and the slang (or rather Ebonics) I had a hard time figuring out what was going on. I did manage to scrape enough out of it to realize that there was no plot. None.
